The scope of the project shall be, but not limited to, the following:
The rehabilitation works include the implementation of improvements to the existing MVAC system as listed below according to accepted standards and engineering practices and re-commissioning of the completed works. The contractor shall be responsible for planning for phase completion and time management of work activities and tasks including working at odd and prolonged hours so as to complete the improvement works with minimal disruption to the Bank's operation
