The CSERP is a multisectoral project addressing the post conflict
reconstruction and sustainable development of Croatia's war-affected and disadvantaged areas. The main development objective is to increase social cohesion and sustainable economic opportunities among different war-affected and marginalized groups within the different ethnic communities living in the project areas. To achieve this, the project will adopt a social fund type of approach to fund community-selected subproject activities. It will include two major components: an investment program, and a local level institutional development program
