1. The Common Court of Justice and Arbitration CCJA-OHADA has obtained a grant from the African Development Fund (ADF) to finance the project's multinational registry of Commerce and Credit Mobilier of OHADA (RCCM-OHADA). It is intended that part of the sums granted under this gift will be used to make the payments provided under the computerization of the Registry of Commerce and Credit Mobilier Regional.
2. The computerization of regional RCCM is included in a modernization that should be taken into account: firstly, the gains in terms of computerization in some advanced countries in this area and other requirements necessary harmonization of RCCM regional and national RCCM not yet computerized or being computerized or already computerized.
3. The primary objectives of the computerization project are:
a) The security of existing and future national RCCM
b) Accessibility of data to different user groups;
c) The reliability of data consolidated from of national RCCM
d) The distribution and availability in real-time data recorded
e) The production of regular statistics to monitor developments RCCM
f) Compliance with the commitments of member states vis-à-vis OHADA
g) The legal validity of electronic data;
h) Recovery of data existing in paper format.
